How to send a notice

• The exact URL on this site where it appears.
• Your name, email, and address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or act for them.
• Your signature, physical or electronic.

Our response

A complete, valid notice leads to removal or disabling of the material within a reasonable time.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with the URL, your contact details, your signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error.

Repeat infringers

Repeat infringement is handled case by case, and we do not knowingly keep infringing material online.
